Life in tripartite

In the perspective of time, life can be considered in 3 ways; life until the current point, life as it is currently and life as it can be expected to be. Life lived can only be experienced through memory and records, and for it to benefit a person in the present the only things to be done with these memories are; to look back fondly and be happy with what has been previously experienced, to forget the negative memories, and to learn from it all in order to improve the present and the days yet to come.

The present is the only point in life which can be experienced fully, as once the moment is passed it will only exist in memory as a shadow of what it was, and the future is simply something hypothetical to be awaited and expected.
The best way to experience the present is to actively do what one loves to do, as even when these moments pass into memory they will bring happiness in the future when one looks back. Finally the future is something that should be prepared for, but not at the expense of the present. After all, there is nothing that makes the future more important than the present, and vice versa, as happiness can be obtained as long as one is alive. Moreover the future is not set in stone, and the life that is expected may not unfold according to plan. All efforts should be made to enjoy the present, while still laying a foundation for the future, so that happiness can be experienced from the present right until the future moment when life ends.
